Jackie has spent many years in the fitness world. She teaches private and group fitness to her clients. She is TPI Certified, Stott’s Reformer trained, a member of AFAA and also certified in Mat Pilates, Spin, Aqua, Latin Heat, Bodyworks, PIYO and Piloxing, Insanity, trained through Silver Sneakers,CORE and level Grey in TRX.
CHRISTY

Christy has been in the fitness industry for over a decade. In her childhood it was her interaction with sports and being innately active which inspired her to become a club soccer coach when her children were in elementary and middle school. This lead to teaching group fitness classes and becoming a personal trainer. ACE and AFFA certified, she has been an individual coach in fitness and nutrition for 6 years.
GINA

Gina received a certification as a personal trainer through American College of Sports Medicine. She has a many certifications including Zumba™, Piloxing and CPR. She is an active member of Idea Health and Fitness Association. She continually attends fitness seminars and expos, reads fitness literature to ensure that her clients are being offered the best from the world of personal fitness and group fitness.
PEARLENE

As an OC native, Pearl has been dancing and performing since high school. She has Dance & Education specialties in her Liberal Studies degree from UC Riverside with experience and performance in ballet, modern, lyrical, tap, jazz, and Polynesian.

PILATES | REFORMER
Dan has been teaching Mat Pilates classes at numerous LA Fitness Gym locations and Pilates studios in Orange County, California. He is a certified Pilates Instructor through the prestigious Body Arts and Science International (BASI) organization and is certified to teach Mat Pilates and also teach on all Pilates equipment.
MISSY

Missy has always loved exercising. For the past ten years she has shared her passion with others through group fitness, including aerobics, bootcamp, boxing and Piloxing. She fell in love with Piloxing because it combines the strength and power that comes with boxing, incorporates her love of dance and accomplishes the long and lean muscles achieved through Pilates!
TRICIA
BOOTY BARRE | TRX | BOOTCAMP
Tricia views sports and fitness as a life marathon. Each year she likes to try a new training method, sport or nutrition plan. She picks a fitness goal that will work with her life style plus she likes to learn from the experience. She teaches Studio Cycle, Body Sculpt, Body Conditioning and Barre Fitness. Her view on Body Sculpt and Barre Fitness is that this is an area of fitness that is a life changer!

DANA
Dana has been in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years. In addition to being a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she also is an adjunct professor in the Kinesiology Dept. at Mt. San Antonio College. Dana has a degree in Exercise Physiology, is a certified personal trainer through NESTA, Balanced body Pilates trained, a certified cycle instructor with Madd Dogg Athletics and Real Ryder, and a certified TRX instructor. She received her 200+ hour yoga certification from CorePower Yoga, where she studied with Heather Peterson.
STEPHANIE

Stephanie has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. With her passion for dance and fitness, she shares her love by teaching different formats from BODYSHRED, Piloxing Barre, ZUMBA to POUND. Certified under AFAA and NESTA as a Fitness Nutritional Coach, total well being is her mission to helping people lead a healthy life! Always learning more about the body and the way it responds to different types of workouts is the excitement that keeps her on the cutting edge.
CECILIA
Cecilia fell in love with group exercise in July of 1986. It all started with high/low aerobics and then into step aerobics. At that time, she knew she wanted to exercise the rest of her life. In February 1998, she became a certified Spin instructor and currently holds various certifications.

COURTNEY
Having a fit and healthy life style has been an important aspect of Courtney's life from a young age. Courtney has been an avid dancer since the age of 5 with her training focused in classical ballet, jazz, tap and modern styles. Courtney found her love for yoga in college and now as a certified yoga teacher she enjoys helping students find special moments of self improvement on and off their mats. Courtney loves introducing new students to yoga and teaching them that yoga is so much more than just touching your toes!
JEANETTE
Jeanette became a fitness instructor in 2005. She is a NASM Certified Group Fitness and Personal Trainer, TaijiFit instructor, Silver Sneaker Classic and Boom instructor, Aqua Fit, Schwinn Cycle and MELT Hand and Foot, Length and Neurostrength 1 instructor. Her goals for members are to be pain free and have fun with fitness.
LANA
Lana is passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and has been surrounded by fitness her whole life, more recently participating in 5Ks & 10Ks. Three years ago, she moved back to Orange County and fell in love with group exercise formats as she saw extreme results in her own body transformation and felt such accomplishment. Insanity Live and PiYo certified, she is excited to share her energy and passion and guarantees after her classes, you will not just fall in love with fitness and your body, but you will be coming back for more!
IBOK
Ibok dedicated himself to yoga to recover from chronic pain and inflammation caused from collegiate and professional football as well as MMA training and professional boxing. His obsession for AntiAging, yoga, martial arts and music are felt in every class he leads and his teaching objective is simply to prove to students that they are much stronger than they give themselves credit for! Outside of AntiAging and a diverse fitness curriculum he is an engineer/inventor; he teaches because he loves teaching.
SIRLEY
I grew up in orange and my interest in fitness started as a child when I would watch yoga on TV (but obviously never practiced) until I fell into yoga by trying a week free of hot yoga 8 years ago. I was hooked from the beginning and it made me more balanced, and self aware(not self conscious). I believe that yoga brings us back to our true being, which is muddled away by the physical world and its demands. We are all beautiful, kind, and full of love to give and that is what yoga brings back into our lives.
