Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga focuses on moving through a series of asanas, or poses, in creating a fluid movement while exhilarating the body, mind, and spirit. This class is a combination of flexibility, balance, and strength for a full body and mind workout. All levels are welcome! Bring your yoga mat, dress comfortably, and leave your shoes at the door for an hour-long escape from the everyday chaos.

Core Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga, is movement that is synchronized to the breath, is considered to be a moving meditation. An overall workout, this class builds strength, balance and flexibility, while toning the core muscles of the abs and back. Some yoga experience helpful but not necessary. Bring your mat and leave your shoes at the door.
