This class will help you understand the fundamentals of TRX suspension straps. This is a suspension training class that builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once, as it is required in life. Please wear tennis shoes and dress comfortable.

TRX Beg/Int

This is a beginning to intermediate class. You the student will learn the fundamentals of TRX along with experiencing a full workout. This is a suspension training class that builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once, as it is required on the playing fields of sports and in life.

TRX Strength Training

With the use of  Suspension Straps, challenging resistance training covering the upper, lower and core portions of the body with a variation of tempo, focus, and progress.

TRX Flow 

Designed to strengthen, stretch and restore your body combining a core-focused workout and Pilates/Yoga inspired movements on the TRX suspension straps and foam rollers.

Tremendously challenging exercises using the TRX along with body weight and fitness moves to bring the ultimate in peak conditioning increasing your individual metabolic rate. This is an intermediate to advanced class.
