Silver Sneakers Classic

Silver Sneakers Classic combines fun with fitness to improve your heart health and muscular endurance.This class incorporates circuit workouts utilizing a chair for standing support, upper-body strength work with the addition of hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball,and low-impact aerobic choreography to get you moving.  All of our clients are welcome to join in!

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Silver Sneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of these poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Silver Sneakers Boom

BOOM is a series of three group exercise classes brought to you by SilverSneakers Fitness. These three classes MUSCLE (Strength training), MIND (Yoga-Pilates fusion) and MOVE IT (Dance based workout) provide you with a higher level of intensity, making it the perfect way to accelerate your fitness level and see results faster.
