Pilates

This mat class is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. The primary focus in this class is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs, and a strong back. All you need is your mat and water. All levels welcome and no shoes preferred.

This Pilates mat class is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. It incorporates the use of weights, bands, balls and rings. All levels welcome and no shoes preferred.
