Barre is a mixture of dance, yoga, classic ballet and Pilates.  You will see and feel results right away because it is high repetition at various ranges of motion.

Focuses on the fundamentals of training: cardio, strength, and agility. Various pieces of equipment are used and intensity levels vary. Slightly more intense than other fitness classes and more fun than traditional gym workouts. All levels are welcomed.

It is a cardio class guaranteed to make you sweat while you bounce on our mini trampolines. Space is limited to six so be sure to sign up online. Feel free to wear tennis shoes or go without.

    When movement is synchronized to the breath, is considered a moving meditation. Some yoga experience helpful but not necessary.
